Response times are considered an important indicator for all ambulance services. Our response time targets are as follows:
90% of emergency calls (Priority One) responded to within 15 minutes
90% of urgent calls (Priority Two) responded to within 25 minutes
90% of non urgent calls (Priority Three) responded to within 60 minutes
